- 1-2 handfuls spinach or kale (stalks removed)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 serving whey protein powder, brands: NOW, Optimum, Isagenix
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water

- Place all ingredients in blender and blend well.
