I could write a lengthy blog about the do’s and don’ts of New Year’s Resolutions, why they don’t work, and what mistakes to avoid to ensure success this year. But who has time for that? Instead here’s what you need to do to make 2014 your best year yet:
Step 1: Set aside 15-20 minutes of uninterrupted time to do this exercise
Step 2: Complete the Change Motivation Worksheet
Step 3: Schedule appointments in your phone, outlook calendar, Day Planner (does anyone still use these?) for workouts, meal prep, going to the grocery store, or any other tasks that are needed for you to reach your goal
Step 4: Get started!
